Employment Opportunities2012 Seasonal Positions We generally hire assistant pool managers, lifeguards and cashiers each summer season. The number of new employees hired is based on the number of returning staff that we have. We also have a Recreation Assistant position, which is an administrative position that schedules and processes Facility Rentals and assists the Recreation Supervisor as needed.
