Every six months the City Council, Planning Commission, City Clerk, City Treasurer and City Staff meet to update the City's Strategic Plan.  The process provides specific goals and objectives for the City to accomplish during the next 6 months and into the future.  The entire document is provided below.  The grid is updated regularly at the City Council meetings.
