The Nevada City Swimming Pool is open for the summer season and offers many programs for children, youth and adults. In addition to Open Swim times when the public is welcome to swim and enjoy a relaxing summer environment, there are swim lessons, a Junior Lifeguard program, birthday parties, private rentals, lap swim and water exercise classes. The 2010 Program Guide with more details will be available in early April. Registration for Swim Lessons will begin in May, details will be included in the Program Guide.

Anyone interested in being certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard can take the class offered by the City. Class and registration information is included on the Lifeguard Training Flyer.
