The two favored picnic areas are by the creek (Picnic-Left & Picnic-Right), providing a shaded, cool location for a family event or work party during the warm summer months. BBQ's, running water, power and picnic tables are available at both picnic areas.

There is a smaller picnic area (Upper Picnic Area) near the Carriage House. This picnic area has a BBQ and picnic tables and is ideal for smaller groups (50 people or less). It is close to the parking lot and playground.

There are other picnic areas throughout the park.  These are not reserved in advance, but are first-come; first-served.
