Stone House - Outdoor Patio Use Permit
Jonathan Rowe, the owner of the property known as the 'Stone House,' has submitted an application to the Planning Commission for a Use Permit to utilize the existing outdoor patio area at 107 Sacramento Street for an expanded dining area and event space associated with the existing restaurant and event center. The property is within a base zoning district of General Business (GB) which allows for outdoor restaurant use with approval of a Conditional Use Permit. The existing use within the building is already authorized for indoor restaurant and event use. The project site is designated within the City’s Historical Combining District (HD), in recognition of the area’s historical interest and aesthetic value.
Current Status: This application has been distributed for agency review and comment. Comments are due Monday, April 3, 2017, after which time staff will prepare an Initial Study pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
