Council Meetings
City Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, starting at 6:30 PM. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Council meetings are held online. The public can view the meetings on the following links:

City Council agendas are posted outside City Hall, 72 hours before the scheduled meeting. Agendas will also be posted on the
Agendas page along with the video from each meeting.
Public Comment: During the COVID-19 pandemic to comment on any item on the agenda, comments must be submitted in advance. There are two options for providing public comment:
1. Join the Zoom webinar provided on the
agenda and you will be let in the meeting to comment.
2. Submit an email to
[email protected] All emails received by 7pm the Monday prior to the meeting will be forwarded to the entire City Council by Tuesday afternoon but will NOT be read into the record.
Communicating with Council Members - Not Public Comment for Meetings
To communicate with a City Council member, you can leave letters and messages for them at City Hall. Council members do not have offices in City Hall, but they do check their boxes regularly. Additional contact information is shown below.
